Hi! My name's Eleanor, but my friends call me Ellie (nothing too unusual there, I guess!)

I love to bake because it's something that makes me happy. What it's really about for me is baking memories. I love nothing more than sticking the oven on to create something that I hope people will enjoy. Food has a wonderful ability to bring back forgotten memories, but I think it is an essential for creating new ones.
